Positioned on the city’s regenerated Jubilee Street in the North Laine area, the unique 80 guestroom myhotel is spread over four floors with two event spaces, restaurant and bar. On entering through the glass sliding doors, guests will immediately become aware of myhotel Brighton's unique design.
In perfect harmony is Zilli Café, one of Aldos latest ventures where food and drink is an integral part of the experience. From 8am you can enjoy fine coffees and teas, freshly squeezed juices like strawberry & apple or carrot, apple & ginger, freshly baked croissants and pastries.
As well as full English and vegetarian breakfast you can enjoy welsh rarebit, smoked mackerel & poached eggs, eggs Benedict or Florentine and of course smoked salmon with scrambled eggs.
If brunch is your time don’t miss the superb panini & focaccia with Parma ham, taleggio & baby spinach or tuna, rocket & balsamic vinegar. Pastas are as you would expect freshly made (and you can watch this happening) and you should definitely treat yourself to the lobster ravioli with a fennel & mushroom salad.
